Title: Cell Life II
A set of four boxes each containing a figure, the boxes cracking apart reveals glimpses of the characters inside. The boxes have been scratched and worn away, some are pulling apart. The boxes are finished using washes of indian ink which runs into the scars.
This work was a finalist in the Portage Ceramic Awards in 2011.
